📖 History and Origin
Lion-O is the son of Lord Claudius, the ruler of Thundera. When the ThunderCats' home planet explodes, Lion-O travels in a spaceship with the other ThunderCats in a suspended state. However, an accident causes his capsule to be damaged and his body grows to physical maturity while his mind remains immature. Arriving on the Third Planet, he must assume leadership of the ThunderCats despite his inexperience.

The Sword of Omen is Lion-O's most powerful tool and the symbol of the ThunderCats' leadership. It has two different forms:
Compact Form — Dagger
In its normal form, the Sword of Omen appears as a small dagger that Lion-O carries on his wristband. This form is easy to transport and is always ready to be used.
Full Form — Extended Sword
When León-O pronounces "Sword of Omen, give us light beyond the light!", the dagger transforms into its full size: a powerful sword with the ThunderCats eye symbol on the blade. This form activates the Eye of Thundera and can summon the other ThunderCats in times of danger.
